What’s Included?
Every Sierra Systems website package includes:
A custom Squarespace website with up to the number of pages included in your selected package
Mobile-responsive design
Performance and basic on-page search optimization
Google Business Profile setup
Two launch-support credits during your first 30 days after launch, providing up to 30 minutes of requested changes, unless you are enrolled in the $179 Website Care Plan or $299 Website Care Plus Plan
Corrections for errors or typos made by Sierra Systems at no credit cost when reported within the first 30 days after launch
Ownership and access to your completed website after final payment
Customers enrolled in the $179 Website Care Plan or $299 Website Care Plus Plan receive their plan’s regular monthly credits instead of the two additional launch-support credits.
For eligible customers, the two launch-support credits expire at the end of the 30-day launch-support period. No-cost corrections for errors or typos made by Sierra Systems must also be reported within the first 30 days.
After the 30-day period, requested changes and corrections are handled through an active Website Care Plan or billed at the applicable support rate.
Content and Additional Services
You provide the final written copy, business information, logo, and images needed for the website.
If you need professional photography, Sierra Systems can refer you to an independent photographer. Photography services are arranged and priced separately.
Copywriting, advanced forms, analytics configuration, formal accessibility audits, e-commerce, booking systems, and third-party integrations are not included unless they are specifically listed in your project proposal.
Timing and Payment
Project timing depends on the size of the website, how quickly the required content is provided, and how quickly feedback is returned. Because every project is different, a fixed turnaround time is not guaranteed.
A 50% payment is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due before the completed website goes live.
After Launch
Ongoing support is optional.
Customers who are not enrolled in the $179 Website Care Plan or $299 Website Care Plus Plan receive two launch-support credits that may be used during the first 30 days after launch.
Customers enrolled in either of those plans begin using their plan’s regular monthly credit allowance after launch and do not receive two additional launch-support credits.
For continued edits, maintenance, and website management, you can select a Website Care Plan. Active plans include monthly support credits and reduced pricing for additional credits after the included amount has been used.
Without an active Website Care Plan, future changes are billed at the applicable pay-as-you-go support rate.
Squarespace, Hosting, and Domain Costs
The Squarespace subscription—which includes website hosting—and applicable domain fees are separate from the website-build price.
These costs are handled through an active Website Care Plan when included in that plan. Without a Website Care Plan, you are responsible for paying the applicable Squarespace subscription and domain fees.
Website Ownership and Access
Before launch, Sierra Systems remains the website administrator.
After final payment, you own the completed website and receive account access. Sierra Systems retains administrator access while providing services through an active Website Care Plan.
If the Website Care Plan is canceled and the account is current, Sierra Systems’ administrator access can be removed.
