Email setup waiver: No upfront setup fee. The $150 waiver is earned at $50 after each of the first three paid months. What‘s A Support Credit?
A Support Credit covers quick website changes. Each credit is good for a task(s) taking up to 15 minutes of work, which is perfect for fast updates like changing text, swapping an image, updating hours of operation, or adding a new team member to your about us page.
If you have a larger request, credits can easily be combined to cover the total time. Using credits bypasses the hassle of hourly quotes and individual invoices, allowing us to jump on your requests much faster. If a request requires more time than you have left in your plan's allotted credits, we will always send you an estimate of how many credits the job will take so you can approve it before any work begins.
Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing month and do not accumulate or roll over.

Please Note: This service is for brand-new mailboxes and fresh domain setups only. We do not perform email data migrations from previous providers (e.g., transferring old emails or calendars from an existing server). Your monthly invoice will adjust by $25/month for each user managed under this service.
